ROUTINE CLEANING

​Per Visit: 

• Small appliance wipe down

• Counter wipe down

• Spot clean cabinets doors

• Backsplash + light switch & outlet plates

• Exterior of all appliances

• Kitchen sink clean and polish 

• Faucet clean and polish  

• Garbage splash gaurd

• Garbage Removal 

• Vacuum & Mop

(Interior of appliances are additional cost - oven $50, refrigerator $40 and microwave $15)​

Per every other visit:   

• Cobweb removal 

• Light fixtures dusted and hand washed {up to 10’ from the ground}

• Window(s) and sills

• Blinds dusted {not scrubbed, just dusted}

Per Vist:

• Front door windows, screen door, interior and exterior. Including sliding glass doors.

• TV screen (unless told otherwise)

• Tidy sofa (does NOT include vacuuming underneath cushions or sofa)

• Dusting furniture and surfaces (surfaces that are 50% covered will be skipped)

• Vacuum and mop

Per every other visit:

• Baseboards

• Cobweb removal 

• Windows & window sills

• Dusting blinds {not scrubbing, just dusting}

• Dusting ceiling fan(s) {up to 10’)

Per Visit:  

• Counters 

• Cabinets spot cleaned 

• Mirror(s) 

• Polish faucets

• Tub & Shower 

• Toilet 

• Baseboards wiped down

• Light switch and outlet covers 

• Spot clean cabinets hand wiped

• Vacuum + Mop

• Garbage Removal

• Dust furniture

• Make beds (change linens)

• Garbage removal
